TERMS OF USE
Finn Terms
These terms apply to the Finn website and, once available, the Finn iPhone app.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means you are asking Finn to contact you about product availability and launch updates. Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription or guarantee a specific launch date.
Using Finn
Finn is a productivity tool that uses Apple's Screen Time APIs to help you block distractions, track focus progress, and redeem earned Free Time. You are responsible for choosing your own Focus Goal and the apps, categories, or websites you ask Finn to manage.
Subscriptions and free trials
Finn may offer auto-renewing Monthly and Annual subscriptions through the App Store. Prices, billing periods, and any introductory trial available to you are shown in Apple's purchase flow before you confirm a purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings. If you cancel, access normally continues until the end of the current paid or trial period unless Apple states otherwise.
Purchases and restoration
Apple processes App Store payments. Finn may use RevenueCat to verify subscription status and restore eligible purchases. Restoring purchases does not restart a canceled subscription or extend its expiration date.
Availability
Finn depends on Apple frameworks and operating-system behavior that may change over time. Features may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued when needed to maintain the app or comply with platform requirements.
Privacy
Please read the Finn Privacy Policy for information about waitlist emails, app selections, focus data, subscriptions, and website analytics.
